02 Purpose of this site
This site presents our services and lets you request a call. Its content is information, not a binding offer: only a written proposal accepted by both parties creates a commitment.
03 Quotes and projects
Each project is governed by a written proposal stating the deliverables, the fixed price, the payment milestones and the delivery date. Where that proposal differs from these terms, the proposal prevails.
Any request outside the signed scope is quoted separately and only carried out once accepted in writing.
04 Prices and payment
Prices are fixed and expressed in Moroccan dirhams. VAT is not applicable under the Auto-Entrepreneur regime. Payment is made by bank transfer against official stamped invoices, according to the milestones in the proposal.
05 Your obligations
You agree to provide accurate information, the files needed for the project, and reasonable access to your premises and staff for visits and training.
06 Intellectual property
The content of this site — texts, visuals, logos and code — belongs to MeskikCode and may not be reused without permission. For delivered software, ownership and licence terms are set out in the proposal. Your data always remains yours.
07 Confidentiality
Information you share about your business during a call, a visit or a project is kept confidential and is used only for that project.
08 Liability
We take care to keep this site accurate but cannot guarantee it is free of errors or always available. For services, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service concerned, within the limits allowed by law.
