Fixed pricing

One price, agreed in writing, before any work starts.

No hourly billing, no surprise invoices, no “that was not in the scope”. You know the total and the delivery date before you commit.

  2. 02

    Written proposal

Deliverables, delivery date and one total price, in plain language.

  3. 03

    Stamped invoices

Payment by milestones set out in the proposal, each against an official invoice.

Questions buyers ask

Why do you not publish prices?

Because a fair price depends on your process, your sites and your volume. A rate card would either overcharge a small business or undercharge a large one. The free call exists to give you an exact figure quickly.

What if the scope changes during the project?

Anything in the signed proposal is covered by the fixed price. A new request is quoted separately, in writing, and only goes ahead if you accept it.

Can we pay in instalments?

Yes. Payment is split into milestones written into the proposal, each one against an official stamped invoice.
