  • Client Responsibilities: Clients must provide accurate and timely information necessary for service completion.

4. Payments

  • Fees: Clients agree to pay the fees as specified in the invoice or contract.

  • Payment Terms: Payment must be made within the timeframe specified in the agreement unless otherwise stated.

  • Late Payments: Late payments may incur additional charges or result in service suspension.

5. Intellectual Property

  • Ownership: All intellectual property created during the service will remain the property of MeskikCode until full payment is received.

  • Client Usage: Upon payment completion, the client receives the rights to use the deliverables as specified in the agreement.

  • Third-Party Content: We may use licensed third-party content in your project; such content remains the property of its respective owners.

6. Confidentiality

  • Mutual Agreement: Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all shared information.

  • Exceptions: Confidentiality does not apply to information that is publicly available or required by law to disclose.

7. Limitation of Liability

MeskikCode will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our maximum liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service in question.

8. Termination

  • By Client: You may terminate the agreement with prior written notice as outlined in the agreement.

  • By MeskikCode: We reserve the right to terminate services for breach of these Terms and Conditions or non-payment.

  • Effect of Termination: Upon termination, all outstanding payments must be settled, and access to certain services or deliverables may be revoked.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Moroccan jurisdiction. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of this jurisdiction.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
